As soon as you enter the condo, you will see views of the beautiful Gulf from almost every corner. The living room kitchen combo is perfect for communion and hanging out with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped for any cooking venture! It boasts beautiful views of the beach, making the preparation of dinner enjoyable rather than a chore. It is a testimony to form and function with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV great for watching football or movies at night. The queen sofa bed adds additional sleeping capacity.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a bed, a TV, and an adjoining bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass shower. The room has personal access to the balcony for the early riser who wants to watch the sunrise (not all Aqua units offer personal balcony access!). The condo provides an enclosed nook with two twin beds, a dresser, and a TV with cable. A personal washer/dryer is provided.

This getaway is ideally located in the Aqua Beachside Resort and right on the sugary white sand of the Panhandle. The complex is right next to the largest pier in Panama City Beach and offers occasional firework shows and a beautiful view of the coastline. The complex offers fantastic amenities in a lush tropical setting. Living up to its name, Aqua offers two heated pools, a hot tub, fountains, and water gardens. It was a great place, just not very cleaned up

The location was great!

The place did not seem to be that cleaned when we arrived. We found a dirty sock in the sofa bed when laying that out. The pillows had hair and stains all over them. Eyelashes were found on the sink area in master suite bathroom. The blankets did not look that clean as well.

My stay was overall okay. The door to the patio doesn’t lock, the door chain doesn’t work well, the blinds were dusty, some places on the floor were sandy the day we checked in, we tried calling because they provided us the incorrect wristbands to enter the pool and aqua management told us to contact avari/vacasa but no response to 5+ calls at various times of the day, and the fridge ice machine needed a filter change when we got in unit. The positive thing is that it gave my family and I a place to stay and that the view was spectacular. It just could’ve been better. 4.5/10

Absolute jewel of a place in Panama City Beach. Location is hard to beat: Incredible beach front views, easy accessibility to parking, pools, beach, Pier Park, surrounding restaurants, shopping, play, etc. Unit was clean and ready overall, had nice amenities (ex. multiple types of coffee makers), and most things were comfy, homey, and worked properly. You are so high up that noises are more faint, and it feels almost castle-like. I was ready to give 5 stars had it not been for the sheer lack of care or communication with the host. They never answered our questions, including when we were left to our own devices to determine the new garage and common area code since it had apparently just changed for March. Luckily nothing happened during our stay because it wouldn't have been repaired. We'll be back to Aqua but likely with a different unit to get a host/owner who actually knows how to respond. But if you're okay with only auto-generated messages, this one is for you.
