As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we’re currently undertaking a significant construction project from September 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026. We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay. Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026• Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking & Amenities: You will be charged a one-time fee that will apply to one vehicle. Each unit is provided with one parking spot assigned to the unit, but if you have more than one, extra fees will apply, and you will have to park in the spots that are marked yellow. Panama City Beach is a gem that offers an unparalleled escape. Simply soak up the sun and create unforgettable memories. Beyond the beachfront bliss, this condo provides easy access to a fitness center and a variety of alfresco seating and dining spots. Venture into the nearby attractions, such as Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park, to make the most of your Emerald Coast getaway. The spot is in one of the best locations for walking to anything you need, like Walmart Supercenter, going souvenir shopping, trying bowling or the arcade, or walking over to WonderWorks or Ripley's Believe It or Not. Don't have the kids, and then you can have a great time at Coyote Ugly, as it is right across the street. Step inside to see a full kitchen with all the appliances needed to ensure culinary convenience, while the Gulf-view balcony offers the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktails. Indulge in indoor comfort with smart TVs, wifi, and cable television, or switch over to the Roku for your downloaded favorites. Cool off in the central air-conditioning, or take advantage of the private washer/dryer. Additional Information: Things to Know:- Some shared amenities, such as the tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill, are only open during peak season (March-October).- Guests must pay $100 directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers parking and wristbands for amenities access.- During spring break, all occupants must be at least 25 years of age, and no alcohol is allowed on the beach the whole month of March. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental.- Guest entry instructions: This rental uses an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This will be an honest review. It is comprised of both the good and bad in hopes others read it and find it useful. From the get go they did not allow any early check in. Check in per the site is 4pm. I’ve had plenty of instances where properties let us check in at least an hour early. We came into town unexpectedly early and I reached out multiple times for checking in early and was shut down. I was traveling with a young toddler and elderly father with a heart condition and they wouldn’t let us in the property not even just an hour early. So we tried to do the best we could in the heat. Checking in wasn’t difficult. The parking staff had my packet ready with wristbands and parking pass. The parking ramp was fine, it is a tight squeeze if you have a larger SUV. Finding our parking spot was a little bit difficult because the numbers on the ground and on the wall don’t necessarily match. I can appreciate that the parking spot was on the same level as the condo, this served great for getting things in and out with ease while unpacking the car. Getting into the condo was easy enough. The rooms were accommodating and large, the view is beautiful. Just a few things, minuscule really but something people should know. The bathrooms do not have hand soap so you will need to bring some or buy some. The kitchen does in fact have roaches. I wouldn’t say an infestation but on the counters and in the utensil drawers they were noted there the most. I was cooking breakfast one morning and they were crawling by the pan. The fridges ice machine does not work. The TVs we could not get to regular cable past the advertising screen despite the instructions that came with the house binder. The elevator situation is not as bad as what I’ve read. Here’s what you need to consider, this is a LARGE resort holding a lot of people and it goes up to 23 floors or so. Early bird gets the worm with this. We found it best to head down around 10 am and we would come back around 4-5 and we wouldn’t have to wait in line longer then 8 minutes to catch the elevator. You should expect to stop at multiple floors on your way up. The pool is amazing. Our daughter really loved it. We appreciated a bar and snack shop right around the pool too! Go to pineapple Willy’s (it’s right next door) they have great slushes and get that refillable cup you will thank me later! There was a snow cone station that our daughter loved. Getting out to the beach was great. Reserving the tent and chair service was easy however with not being able to check in until 4, by the time we got down to reserve the staff was gone for the day and we had to wait until the next morning and pray they could set them out that day for us and yes they did. Overall I’d say the stay was 4/5 stars. Definitely small things that need to be considered that can really influence a person comfort and stay. Thankyou for a good week for my family and I to enjoy.

We really enjoyed ourselves but we did have 3 roaches inside the condo. 1 on the wall 1 in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen area. Just FYI

Good experience. There’s room for improvement- the WiFi wasn’t the best therefore both bedroom tvs didn’t work. The elevators were a pain- I would hate to see them during the prime season.
