You'll find 124 stores, a variety of excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater three-quarters of a mile east at the legendary Pier Park. The famous Russell-Fields Pier is three-quarters of a mile east as well, Gulf World is one mile east, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is three miles beyond. Spend a morning at Ripley's Believe It or Not! in the center of town six miles east, or time your visit to coincide with Gulf Coast Jam at Frank Brown Park one mile north. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in.
