Overall this was a great condo to experience the ocean views and access the beach in Gulf Shores. The 270 degree ocean front view from this 13th floor corner condo were fantastic. You get the panoramic view of the ocean from the back balcony and can see the bay from the side and out the living room windows. Beach access is also great with the property being less than 100 feet from the water. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is there were a couple minor issues in the condo: coffee makers didn't work (although this was quickly remedied by Vacasa), the towel rack in the main bathroom was pulled out of the wall, and there's a small hole all the way the front door where a new dead bolt doesn't cover the old bolt hole.
