I had to call customer service because it was difficult getting inside. The duplex is not marked A or B. How was I supposed to know A is on the right? You have to key in the code with the special character in front of it. Then you have to turn the knob one way and the lock at the top the other way. It is a very noisy location. Also, the front bedroom is hard to sleep in because when the air conditioner turns on, it sounds like a train is running through the apartment. We spent a lot of time trying to figure the tvs out. There are like six remotes, but only one works for all of the TVs. However, we were right on the beach. It was a beautiful location. It is a party location though so it is very noisy. I don’t think it was worth what I paid.

First off, I want to say this place is on the EAST side of the building (right side), not the west (left side). When I walked into the room, there was trash, cigarettes, and alcohol EVERYWHERE. I panicked because I thought someone was still staying here. There was clothes laid out/personal items left in every room, a bag of mens DIRTY UNDERWEAR in the closet… it was disgusting. They clearly did not have someone come clean the room. On top of that, there was a SAFETY HAZARD of a broken glass door and shattered floor tile with pieces of it on the floor, and a broken stove. I was shocked and amazed that someone left this place like this and NOBODY came to check it. We drove from 9 hours away to get here to have our place get CANCELLED at 8 pm and we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and a disaster to work with. I recommend any place to stay here that is not owned by Avari Management. You have been warned!
