House is great especially for the money. All text questions were answered quickly. Small issue with the Internet, but a tech was on site asap. Second year in this house for a reason. We live in Fairhope, but we come once a year to this house on Audubon Place for the serenity, peacefulness, and privateness. Will be back next year if available.

Overpriced and disappointing. Property needs maintenance, is run down, very bad smell in one bedroom/closet, bug issues, no curtains on windows/no privacy and management did not respond to request for window coverings, porch/stairs railing missing slats and in ill repair, kitchen with sticky surfaces/doors, toaster didn't work, one bathroom poorly cleaned. Lovely neighborhood with other houses maintained. This house needs upkeep and maintenance.

The house overall and location was great. It was a short walk to the beach and the gated community was very peaceful. The house was very pretty and had lots of space. However, there were quite a few issues with the house that we encountered. The basement had an odd wet dog smell. There were no holders for the toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Our towels and pillows had random hair that was not ours. We also found them in the shower and sinks. Many of the hooks in the downstairs bathroom were close to coming off the wall. Majority of the dishes were chipped and there were several scuffs along the staircase. We also had issues with getting the dishwasher to properly work unless on the highest setting. The master bedroom light was not working. The house was very nice and the location was great but for the price we paid I thought more of the general amenities would be nicer.

Andora Place is a very private and peaceful gated community. Only having 1 gate pass for 3 vehicles was a bit of a pain though. The house worked well for our needs. The outside was a bit unkept when we arrived, but someone did come by to mow and trim up while we were there. There were missing pickets on the front porch and really in need of repair. The interior of the house was very clean and spacious, but dated. Beach access across the private drive and a couple houses down wasn’t bad at all. The beach is very private and we loved that!! Overall we enjoyed our stay on Dauphine Island very much!!
