Very poor place not family friendly and listing isn’t at all accurate to what is actually there. No elevator no king size bed TVs don’t work rested metal everywhere light in bathroom didn’t work back door has a gap to see daylight. Exposed insulation that a child could grab. Very poor communication hard to locate the unit and parking spot for it. Had to get air bnb involved before this place would even respond to our concerns. Didn’t stay here immediately found another air bnb to stay in 0/10 don’t recommend

This condo is the perfect getaway location for Gulf Shores. Just across the street from beach access. You can see the gulf from the back deck, despite the tall buildings in front. Private setting with community pool access.
Our only issue is the WiFi didn’t work upon check in. After coming out to the location to check, they text me to let me know I could reach out to the local provider to troubleshoot. I did call them, and after a 30 minute phone call, they let me know that the group of people who service this type of internet access wouldn’t be in until Monday. The tech team did call on Monday and after another 40 minute call, they set an appointment to come out. The provider was able to restore access in a jiffy. It was a bit bothersome that as the guest, the responsibility to ensure the WiFi got back up and running fell on us. I feel like it could have been handled better by Avari.
Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

I enjoyed the stay for the night. I was only there during the evening hours. There was almost nobody else at the whole complex (maybe 3-4 other cars), so it was fairly peaceful, minus the road traffic(expected) and slightly thin walls. I wasn't given the code to check in until a hour after check-in time. So that was kinda annoying, just waiting on the beach for my Airbnb code to be delivered when it should've already been. Regardless, the place was a nice one night stay and perfect for 1-2 individuals comfortably.

This place says it will comfortably sleep four and it does not it barely sleeps two comfortably. The “cozy” pull out couch leaves spring indents on you after laying on it and the main rooms bed is about ready to hit the floor on the bending bed frame it sits on . The bathroom is hot due to no ac in the bathroom. There is dust all over the walls and the worst part of this place is that check in was at four but we did not get in till almost 6 due to the host not sending the door code and then they give you a number to contact if you need anything but it took 30 minutes to even get ahold of anyone . So thanks to that we weren’t able to get in and change so we made it really late to my daughter’s birthday surprise.

It was cute & cozy , we felt right at home no problems with neighbors or anyone bothering us while we were there, it was very clean an kept up properly . Everything was in walking distance an easy to get to we will be getting another AIRBNB it’s perfect for day trips or just a little weekend get away ! No complaints what so ever !
