Kick back in the welcoming Great Room by the stunning rock fireplace or whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped chef's kitchen. The 10,000 square foot lot has a fenced yard, a playground, a fire pit, and a private sauna. This all-season getaway offers easy access to skiing, hiking, and Fallen Leaf Lake -- in addition to magnificent Lake Tahoe itself. LIVING AREA Serving as the social heart of the home, the Great Room features floor-to-ceiling picture windows, vaulted ceilings, and dramatic wood beams. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV. The couch converts to a sleeper. KITCHEN & DINING The sparkling chef's kitchen features a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and a three-person island. When meals are ready, the table seats seven. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps 10 guests between five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The comfy primary suite has a king-size bed, crib, private balcony, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a full-size bed with a twin trundle below and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV, while the fifth bedroom has a full-size sleeper sofa and a desk. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fenced yard includes a sauna and a gas grill. In the evening, gather for conversation around the gas fire pit. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Great accommodations for 11 of us during a family wedding weekend. Kitchen stocked with tools enough to throw together an easy dinner for 10 and enjoy it in the backyard. Calls/text to Vacasa weren't so productive, but a quick stop to the nearby Vacasa office found us pleasantly greeted and Madeline ensured we got the stuff we needed! Very good location.

This was the perfect place to spend time with our family. My father wanted to be able to speed some time with his entire family. This gave Us all the opportunity to be able to enjoy time with him. He loved the house and it was in the perfect area, this might be the last time we all get to be together. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.
