The main floor of this lovely mountain retreat features a fully-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, a wood stove to keep the entire place warm, a large screen TV in the comfortable living area, and sliding glass doors which lead out to the deck. You can also find a convenient wet bar, which is perfect for entertainment. Bring the pooch along, as this unit is designated as dog-friendly. During the winter, treat this vacation rental as a place of refuge, where you can curl up in front of the stove or TV and feel the snow pile up around the property. If summer is more your style, then Tahoe Donner has everything you need! Take advantage of the shared, on-site amenities that include tennis and basketball courts, a large swimming pool, and even a sauna!

Tahoe Donner is the perfect place for year-round vacation fun. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at world-class local mountains like Northstar (13.5 miles), Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows (14 miles), and Sugar Bowl (11 miles). During the summer, head out on the water at nearby Donner Lake, or make a day of it and drive 20 miles south to legendary Lake Tahoe. Downtown Truckee is only five miles away from where there are shops, galleries, and restaurants for every taste.

Tahoe Donner guest passes allow four people per pass to access the recreation facilities, for a total of eight people. A $16 fee per person/per day will apply. Children under the age of seven (7) are free.

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:
