The fifth fairway of the Tahoe Donner Golf Course serves as a scenic backdrop to this spacious home. The enviable location keeps you within a short trip of all the Tahoe Donner amenities including the ski area, the marina at Donner Lake, and the Trout Creek Recreation Center. Nearby restaurants provide extra convenience. The home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood.

Two decks offer great views. Enjoy quality time together inside playing pool or snuggling up by the fireplace.

Home chefs will love the high-end kitchen. Sleek granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances await in the kitchen. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers on the gas range.

Soaring vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting setting in the main living area. Stream new releases on the smart TV. A pool table in the second living area provides hours of group fun. Kid-friendly toys and chairs make this space ideal for everyone.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite. You'll also appreciate direct access to the deck and a desk with a monitor. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Enjoyed being close to skiing and Tahoe Donnor and North Star. House is good for kids with puzzles and games and toys.

Absolutely lovely home. Large, comfy rooms, great livingroom and kitchen.
No A/C unfortunately, and we visited in JULY. I think that was the only bad thing, rooms got super stuffy and hot, could not sleep at all.
Then my kids were playing badminton right outside in the backyard only a couple feet from the residence, when a golfer started yelling at them to go inside. They weren't even playing golf in that area, the golfer was just passing through. Rude. For cleanliness, it was pretty clean, with the exception of one throw pillow. When we arrived at the cabin, everyone was looking to see what room they'd be staying in when I went to sit on one of the chair discussing our itinerary, I grabbed the throw pillow to find it to be dirty, it also had a redbrown spot resembling blood.
Excluding the sleep deprivation(it wasn't that bad) and the dirty throw pillow, the home was lovely, we had a good time, it felt very much like home away from home.
