Good communication and fast response from the company/host. Decent location to the beach and surrounding area for food, drinks, etc. However, AC did not work for the trip and remained a total 78+ degrees. Shower had only two water temperatures, freezing or scorching. I could get the TV to turn on the bedroom, but never could I get it to turn off without unplugging. It was decent size for one person and even close to the main road, the noise level was low.

The private beach is really nice. You still have to rent chairs and an umbrella at the private beach though.

Location was great, private beach access was awesome. Golfing was great, it was nice to walk around the boat docks and across the bridge they had. Didn't try the restaurant but it was cool they had one in the area. Can't wait to come back and experience Sandpiper Cove again!
