The private beach is really nice. You still have to rent chairs and an umbrella at the private beach though.

Location was great, private beach access was awesome. Golfing was great, it was nice to walk around the boat docks and across the bridge they had. Didn't try the restaurant but it was cool they had one in the area. Can't wait to come back and experience Sandpiper Cove again!

We were able to check in early but when we arrived our code didn’t work. A quick call to customer service enabled us to get in within minutes! Very much appreciated. The unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and decorated very nicely. We were able to sit on the balcony deck for reading and morning coffee. The balcony slider door was not in good shape and probably needs to be replaced. Enjoyed the view of the pool and the easy access to the pool. We were close to the main road so we heard quite a bit of noise. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the water in the shower…..scalding hot or freezing cold! Took some time to get the temp where we needed it. Definitely enjoyed the mini golf course. Great way to see the complex with all the amenities: tennis, pickleball, pools. The best part of this unit is the access to the beach and the Sand Flea Bar and Grill! We loved this!! Our unit was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Had to cross a road to get there but there is a stop light and a cross walk. I would rate this unit as a 4.7/5 because of the balcony door, the street noise, and the difficulty with water temps in the shower. However, we would definitely stay there again.

It was a quant place, with beach access... pools,tennis courts/pickleball courts. Nice balcony and close proximity to restaurants and activities. Bed was comfortable.
