Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy our brand new high-top deck chairs, perfect for sunset views, outdoor dining, or just kicking back and relaxing. Inside, this isn't your typical beach rental. Bright colors, whimsical design, and a playful atmosphere create an upbeat, feel-good vibe from the moment you walk in. Unwind in the comfortable living area with a new 55" TV, or gather around the dining table and breakfast bar after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, though the beach is just steps away. As special guests, you will also enjoy access to pools, a fitness center, and miles of soft white sand right outside your door. This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is right on the surf and sand, where you can find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle sailing, and many other exciting beach activities! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, you'll find the amazing Saint Andrews State Park, which is the most visited state park in Florida, with fishing, picnicking, hiking, bike riding, and much more. And right next door to this property is Schooners, a local favorite offering the best beachfront dining and entertainment. You are also close to several other family-friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, and Miniature Golf, as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park. Things to Know Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.
