This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Overall the condo was nice and the furniture was cute. There were a few areas for improvement such as having pans for baking and the cleaning service doing a better job of cleaning the floors. We swept the floors the evening we checked in (not having been to the sand at all yet) and swept up a pile of sand along with having black feet from walking barefoot in the room. We did enjoy our stay and would stay here again just hoping for a few minor improvements.
