Take a well-deserved vacation with the whole family or a group of friends to the white sand blue water of Panama City! Sporting a full kitchen, a bright interior, and a spacious balcony, you will have all of the comforts of home and more. The view from each room is absolutely breathtaking, but there is no better place to watch the sunrise and sunset than on the pristine sand just below. Enjoy several amenities, including a shared pool heated seasonally, a shared hot tub, a sundeck, convenient beach access, and free beach chairs during the summer season. There is also a basketball court! End each night with some popcorn and a movie on the TV before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Panama City is a perfect place to explore for a vacation in the sun. Closest to the condo is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including Shipwreck Island Waterpark, ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise and the Man in the Sea Museum. Pier Park always has something fun going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A bunk alcove in the hallway offers extra sleeping space. Reservations from March through October include beach service.

The unit was decorated very beachy. Very cute. It was clean. However, the dryer did not dry. This was noted in several different reviews dating back to June of this year 2025 so maintenance is not being done on this unit. It’s very important to have a working dryer when you have wet swim stuff. There were three forks in the utensil drawer. Thankfully, there were only three of us. There needs to be some updating in the kitchen. It is very sparsely outfitted for anyone who might want to actually cook anything. Given everything we really did enjoy our stay.

Kitchen is pretty well stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels. The resort has two pools and beach access is a short walk. Schooners Beach Bar/restaurant is literally right next door .

We went to spend time at the beach, not fool with a condo that had a lot of problems. This condo worked perfectly for that.

Nice property. Condo was clean and nice. The dryer did not dry our clothes. I called and was told they were sending maintenance, but they never showed up. Everything else was great.
