Brandon Labrum is the Co-CEO of Avari and an entrepreneur, operator, and investor with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and investing in consumer-facing companies.

Throughout his career, Brandon has focused on creating exceptional customer experiences and building enduring brands across hospitality, home services, and technology. He co-founded Highline Companies and launched Breakout Studio in 2014 establishing a track record of identifying market opportunities, driving growth, and building businesses from the ground up.

At Avari, Brandon is focused on redefining the vacation rental experience by building the industry's most trusted platform for homeowners, guests, and local teams. His vision centers on combining local market expertise with innovative technology to deliver stronger owner outcomes, exceptional guest experiences, and long-term value for every home entrusted to Avari. 

Seth Williams is the Co-CEO of Avari, bringing a broad background in real estate, construction, and business development to his role leading the company. Prior to Avari, he spent over seven years as CEO and Principal of Z Constructors, a full-service commercial construction firm delivering projects across the healthcare, retail, and animal care sectors in markets spanning New York, Texas, Florida, Washington, and beyond. He also co-founded Highline Companies alongside Brandon Labrum and has deep roots in real estate through his principal role at Highwell Real Estate in Southlake, Texas. A community-minded leader, Seth has served as an Advisory Board Member for Ags for Orphans, reflecting a commitment to service that runs alongside his entrepreneurial career.

Ashley Horsley has spent her career building and scaling organizations across hospitality, technology, and sports. She served as CEO of 360 Blue, a luxury vacation property management company, where she built a brand renowned for exceptional homeowner services and elevated guest experiences, before going on to serve as President of Key Data, the vacation rental industry's leading business intelligence and benchmarking platform.  

Throughout her career, she has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, and industry change.

In addition to her work in the private sector, Ashley is the co-founder and longtime board president of The Sonder Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to clean water and education.

Jennifer Talbert is the Chief Revenue Officer at Avari with more than 16 years of experience in revenue management and vacation rental strategy. Prior to Avari, she spent over six years at Key Data, where she worked with many of the largest vacation rental management companies in the industry, helping operators leverage data, analytics, and revenue management strategies to drive growth and profitability. She also played a key role in educating industry leaders on revenue management best practices. Before Key Data, Jennifer held revenue leadership roles at 360 Blue building a strong foundation in luxury vacation rental revenue management along Florida's Emerald Coast. Today, she leads Revenue Management, Distribution, and Revenue Operations at Avari.

Zach Labrum is the Chief Growth Officer at Avari, where he leads the company's growth strategy across revenue, marketing, and demand generation. He brings a strong entrepreneurial track record, having served as CEO and Head of Growth at Breakout Studio for over six years, scaling the Chicago-based company before transitioning to a board role. Earlier in his career, Zach built a foundation in enterprise sales and strategy at LinkedIn and financial analysis at ServiceNow, giving him a data-driven lens on growth. A builder at heart, he also co-owns Rec League, a sports and community venture based in Provo, Utah.

Matt Dorsey brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience to Avari, with a track record of driving growth through rigorous financial strategy and operational discipline. His background includes financial leadership positions at high-growth startups, private-equity backed companies and nonprofits. Matt brings expertise in operational strategy, corporate development and M&A, financial reporting, business modeling, and systems architecture giving him a uniquely broad perspective and sharp problem-solving instincts honed across a wide range of businesses and industries. Matt also served as Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AvantStay, giving him direct short-term rental industry experience and a deep understanding of the financial dynamics that drive this business. 

Nate Cannon is a growth-focused operator with a career built at the intersection of hospitality, real estate, and short-term rental management. He comes to Avari with nearly two years at iTrip, where he progressed from Manager of Partner Success to Director of Franchise Development, helping entrepreneurs launch and scale short-term rental businesses across North America. His broader background spans sales and acquisition roles at VTrips and Offerpad, as well as operational leadership at Sand Dollar Hospitality, where he facilitated the acquisition of a vacation management company on Florida's 30A coast. Grounded in a philosophy of building clarity and momentum for the people and businesses he serves, Nate brings a people-first approach to everything he does. 

Eric Nicholson is the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Avari, overseeing a multi-state region with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for homeowners, guests, and the teams he leads. He began his career in logistics and warehouse operations, where he developed a strong foundation in team leadership, problem-solving, and operational execution before finding his way into the vacation rental industry — where he has spent more than a decade growing through roles spanning property care, owner relations, guest experience, and regional leadership. Eric was drawn to Avari by the people and the genuine commitment to excellence he saw from his very first conversations with the team. At the core of his leadership philosophy is a deep belief in trust — that homeowners, guests, and employees alike deserve consistency, transparency, and a team that follows through on its commitments every single day.
