Who can I refer?
You can refer a friend, family member, neighbor, or colleague who owns a second home in a market Avari serves and is interested in full-service vacation rental management.
When do I get my credit?
Your referral credit is applied to your next owner statement after the referred property signs with Avari, completes onboarding, and goes live.
How much can I earn?
For a limited time, qualifying referrals can earn a $750 owner credit when the referred home goes live by December 31, 2026. Final eligibility is confirmed by the Avari team.
Are there places this is not available?
Yes. Referral availability depends on whether Avari currently serves the property’s market and whether the home meets our portfolio standards. Submit the form and the local team will confirm eligibility.
