With shared pools, a pool spa, spacious sundeck, and fitness room, you and your group are sure to have plenty of fun on your next vacation. This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals. Things to Know The private beach access and hot tub are currently closed. However, the beach can be accessed next door at Schooners, and both pools are open. Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

I loved the balcony chairs, I spent many hours out there. The sunsets were gorgeous and mornings were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed.

Negatives- There were a couple of hiccups, Our parking pass was not left on the counter as told, so we had to play “hide n go seek” with the parking pass. We had to go a day without our parking pass, which stressed me out thru the nite because I was worried that my tru k would get towed. I then had to go to the office the next business day to get a parking pass, which was very inconvenient. The couch smelled like cigarettes, even though you are not supposed o smoke in there. Not the owners fault though, but they do need to be informed. DO NOT use both showers at the same time because you WILL run out of hot water. The head board was loose on the bed, which caused it to make noise anytime you made tue slightest move on the bed. We also had to literally keep the a/c on 68 to keep it cool in there, and it never even reached past 86 for the outside temperature. Positives- Great rate for the room you get! Great view from your balcony! Nice decor! Great location! Convenient parking and very fast elevators. I would stay there again!

We have stayed at several units at Seychelles over the years and this one was one of the best. Bed was very comfortable and the chairs on the balcony are awesome. Nicely decorated and clean.

The balcony furniture was awesome, parking is so easy here. Bed was very comfortable. Being able to walk to several restaurants is also a plus. David that sets up the beach chairs daily is always so kind, don’t forget to leave him a tip .
