This light, bright condo is westward facing for amazing sunsets and enjoys a fantastic location on the quieter far east end of Panama City Beach close to St. Andrews State Park, marinas, and all boating excursions - it's great for divers, boaters, and anglers. It's an ideal retreat for your beach vacation, boasting a slew of updates, including a new air-conditioning system, a hot water heater, BOSCH dishwasher and more. Enjoy relaxing in a plushly furnished living room with room to relax and soak in the Gulf view or your favorite shows through Hulu. The new washer/dryer ensures that you'll be able to pack light and wash anything you need. Cook some fun vacation meals you're craving in the full kitchen, equipped with all-new cookware, a full juicer, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. In addition to the fabulous views, guests can enjoy access to shared amenities during their stay. We are the ideal family location with great food, a full service bar, plus great family activities -- convenient kiddie pool, 2 large pools, hot tub, corn hole, volley ball, billiards room with card table, expansive fitness room AND karaoke, movie on the lawn as extras in the Summer! There's something for everyone at Sandpiper Dreams. THINGS TO KNOW New homes are being constructed along the beach. One of the shared saltwater pools is heated seasonally. WiFi service may be limited in times of peak occupancy. Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Parking charge of $40 for two cars must be purchased at the front office.

Very clean and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and walk in showers were great. Kitchen has everything needed for dining in option. Pool, beach, and bar was great and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!
