Downstairs, Seychelles Beach Resort offers plenty of opportunities for fun with shared pools, a pool spa, fitness center, and easy beach access. This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals. Things to Know Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

We always stay at Seychelles and this is one of the best units we have rented! Very clean and comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Newer appliances were nice to have. We would most definitely book this unit again!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. We come PCB every summer and stay at Seychelles. This condo was comfortably furnished with pretty ocean decor. Would stay here again.

Everytime you walk into the condo it smells So good. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the deck furniture and spent most of my time there.
