Enjoy two pools, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, an arcade, billiards, and horseshoes. Summerhouse enjoys a great Gulf-front position in Panama City Beach, just two miles up the coast from pristine St. Andrews State Park. In the other direction, you'll be close to attractions that include WonderWorks (three miles), Gulf World (seven miles), and the shops and restaurants of Pier Park (eight miles). Greet each morning outside on your balcony, seated in an Adirondack chair, sipping a hot cup of coffee, and listening to the waves meet the white-sand shore. Back inside, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and sit down to eat at the table or the breakfast bar. After a beautiful day at the beach, you'll have a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, central air conditioning to cool you down, and plush seating in the living room to help you unwind as you watch a favorite movie or two. When it's time to turn in, choose between two bedrooms (with TVs) paired with two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a Gulf-front primary suite that opens to the balcony.

Condo was nice. Property grounds were well kept. Condo was clean and comfortable. Upon booking one of the reasons I chose this condo is because the listing stated two free parking passes were included. After booking online, I received and email stating that we would have to purchased two parking passes upon arrival to the property at the cost of $35 each. I immediately contacted vacasa and told them that the listing, on Vacasa’s website, stated they were included in the price I paid. Vacasa told me we would have to purchase the passes once we arrived or our cars would be towed at our expense. I felt as if they should have made this right since it was clearly stated on their website that the passes were free. They didn’t seem to have any desire to do so. I would also like to add that there are zero blankets/throws in the codo other than the very very think spreads that were on the beds. Thankfully, i brought a couple of small throws from home but not nearly enough for our entire family. It was overall a nice vacation, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for Vacasa and i doubt I will rent from them again. I think i will stick with companies who stand behind what their listings advertise.

Great ocean views, large balcony, and nice gliders on the balcony. Plenty of interior space for our group and lots of dishes and other things in the kitchen. Would stay here again!
