We loved Sunshine's Holiday! It was wonderful to be able to find a house big enough for our family, able to bring our dog, and be steps away from the beach. The views from the rooftop deck were incredible, beds all comfortable, and well stocked kitchen and linens. It was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. It was easier to walk from this house to beach than any gulf-front condo we've stayed in. The only area for improvement was treating for mosquitos - the lower patio by the pool was unusable even with our thermacell running because of mosquitos. Not a problem in the area - walk from house to beach was mosquito free, just in the pool patio area. Otherwise, it was an amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back again!!! Would definitely recommend this house and this management company.

Overall a good property. We came down to PCB for a fishing trip and it was great for 7 adults to each have their own sleeping space. Tons of parking. The place was clean and the owner sent plenty of details. The only minor note is that finding the garage code took a second. It was in the "House Manual" instead of the section with the door code.

Great stay except for the roaches

It was conveniently located

Roaches.
I’m not from Florida so I don’t know if this is normal, but we seen some inside the property.

Avari response:

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Jolleen. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location of our stylish home and had a great stay overall. However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the issue with roaches. That’s not something we want our guests to encounter, and we take this matter seriously.

We understand that being in a new place can come with surprises, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us maintain the quality and comfort we strive for. Our local team is committed to ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and we will address this concern promptly.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience.

Host was incredibly responsive to my questions and immediately sent someone to fix the one issue we had that was minor. The house is steps from the beach and was centrally located to the necessities. I would absolutely stay here again.
