What's nearby: The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from this home. Cool off in the shared pool after a day at the beach. Less than two miles away at Saint Andrews State Park, you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island, or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities and more. Via direct beach access, you will find activities such as beach volleyball, parasailing, and much more! Rent a few beach cruisers and head down the coastline to find some of your own favorite spots! Staff was very friendly & welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. Elevators VERY accommodating and a nice, short walk to the beach. Would recommend over the resorts they have, any day. We usually stay at T-Water & the elevators alone make it miserable. This place made the whole experience SO much better. This will be our yearly stay from now on.

Loved the condos cleanliness, beautiful view of the ocean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing they may need to add is a rug or two in bathrooms and by bedsides and hand soap in the bathrooms. We would stay here again.

The pictures due this place no justice, its beautiful. A great view! Nice set up on balcony where we enjoys lunches, a lounge chair on balcony to read and enjoy sunset! The beds were comfortable and slept our family of 7 with plenty of space. Please know that the Regency has strict rules for pool area which was a bummer. No balls or floats in pool area. The elevator has no AC and you will spend several minutes waiting on elevator. I do love that they have karaoke nights by poolside and the food at tiki bar is amazing and not badly priced. I would return yes but preferably without the children because they should be able to be children and the Regency rules make it hard for them to enjoy their vacation.
