Great location and views.
Good public amenities with pool and beach chairs. Convenient parking.
There was Direct TV which was a plus. It was clean and spacious for a 1BR.
But, luxury is not the right description as it needs a refresh to be considered a luxury rental. It was a luxury location!

Check in was a breeze. The room definitely needs a deep clean/updating. Some stains on the furniture. The balcony furniture felt really nasty- we put towels over it to sit outside.
