At first, we loved stay at this condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was decorated tastefully and a the view was beautiful. However, there were hardly any linens, dish and clothes supplies for us to wash dishes or wash clothes and no dust pan to sweep the floors. Our biggest concern was how RUDE the cleaning crew was. Check out time was at 10am and as we were walking back to the room at 9:59 to do a final walk through and they said “you have 5 minutes to get out, check out is at 10am”. We had to rush and grab purses and such and because of this, I ended up accidentally leaving my hair dryer, curling iron, and flat iron in the master bathroom. I have reached out to the host multiple times with no response on this issues and I would even pay shipping fees! I just want my stuff, but nobody will answer me. I will be contacting Airbnb about this host as well.

Check in was a breeze. The room definitely needs a deep clean/updating. Some stains on the furniture. The balcony furniture felt really nasty- we put towels over it to sit outside.

We had issues with our original condo due to web issues not showing accurate info. However, Avari Management was on top of it and resolved the issue fast and upgraded us to this condo. It had a bigger balcony than our original condo plus an extra bedroom. The view from the balcony is amazing! We loved the access to the balcony from the master’s as well. Overall the condo is EVERYTHING!! The kitchen is nice and well equipped. We will definitely book again!
