Our code went inactive and we didn’t have the keys on us. They called a locksmith which was about an hour and we were back in our room. This was in the evening about 9pm. To me it was a quick response. What would have been nice is for a master key to be on site (since really they have one as they have to be able to get into a room if an emergency happened). Chairs are the beach with umbrella was included with our room… we just didn’t know that until the 2nd day. Nice perk!!!

We loved our stay! The only complaint I do have which has nothing to do with our room. But the doors to get into the pool area were down all week so we had to walk around the building to get back in and out. But if that’s the only issue that’s good! Great stay.
