There's room to park your boat trailer in the driveway, and there's room in the enclosed backyard for everyone to run and get their wiggles out after the trip. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable through sunny days, and you can stick your swimsuits from the day into the private washer/dryer. The open kitchen features full-size appliances for guest use (including a swanky French door refrigerator), and the breakfast bar that seats four guests is perfect for quick meals together. One bedroom has a desk workspace for guests who need to complete remote work before exploring Thomas Drive. Guests will have a foosball table and a Cornhole game in the backyard. Feel free to kick back with a beverage on your private furnished balcony - you're on vacation now.

Pros: Beautiful as pictured. 8-min walk to beach! Spacious, well-stocked kitchen and living room. I loved how the grill was on the 2nd floor balcony attached to the living room/kitchen area. We enjoyed gaming in the garage with a convenient fridge. Avari Management was rather responsive. Some responses seemed to be from AI as they were generally unhelpful, but when we had actual problems, Avari was on top of it, even on July 4th!
Plenty of bath towels, good A/C. The floors seemed new. The fridges were new and worked great!

Cons: The furniture was filthy — even the dark gray living room chairs were visibly soiled all over. Bedroom linens had what appeared to be small blood stains on them; this has me worried about bed bugs. The shower in master bath was GORGEOUS, but the cement disintegrated when water touched it and the shower tiles came up, so we all 7 had to share the downstairs shower. Avari promised a $100 refund for the inconvenience, but so far nothing as of 1 week later.

Amazing rental! I’m really picky and sometimes places have excellent rating and they are not. But this place truly is excellent. We will definitely be staying here again.

A wonderful place

The location of the house is excellent—just a few minutes from the beach and the fishing port. Everything was very well-equipped and clean, making it an excellent place to spend time with family.
