A week before leaving, I’d messaged the host about the beach side service. I didn’t get a response until the day before arrival so we had already packed the extra umbrella that wasn’t necessary. We had arrived later than check in but our code didn’t work at the entrance gate. A family walked up and helped us eventually by giving us the code. The door code also gave us trouble but after messaging the host repeatedly, it worked. We never received a response back from the host for the entire stay of one week and had to keep asking others for the code to let us on to the property which was extremely embarrassing.

The room was great other than it needed blackout curtains in the bedroom. The bed was comfy.

The unit itself is great! The area is quite lively (went the week after July 4th) with a lot of families everywhere so if you're looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this isn't it. Walls are a bit thin, or the guy above me was really heavy footed! Easy walking distance to the beach and also great popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's which parking is impossible! Loved my stay!
