Enjoy Gulfview 316 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This unit has a queen and a sofa bed and sleeps 4. With 2 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This unit features many recent upgrades, including new flooring, microwave, flat-screen TV and bedding. It is a very nice unit with a great view. Note: Gulfview does not have elevators.

***Please be advised that the pool will undergo necessary plastering maintenance beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated duration of this work is four weeks, with an anticipated pool reopening date of approximately May 1, 2025.***

Beautiful view

The view was great.

We gotten woken up our first 2 mornings by them banging and drilling on our floor. It would have been nice to have a heads up that they were going to be doing work at 7 in the morning.
