The accommodations were perfect for our family. Home was beautiful and the area even more so. Plenty of space for our family of 14. Will definitely rebook!

The house and the neighborhood were nice. When we arrived, the floors were dirty and sandy, and housekeeping needed to improve. We didn’t receive the gate code on time because of a delay in communication with management. Although the private beach access was under construction, a homeowner in Emerald Shores showed us how to get to the beach since management was delayed. We arrived on Saturday and didn’t have a usable dryer until Thursday. We asked for clean towels and didn’t get them until the next day. The house itself is nice; our issues were with the delays and lack of communication with management.

After booking this condo and paying in full we received an email saying the property had been sold and our reservations had been canceled. That was our first RED FLAG. t was just a few days before we was suppose to be there. After messaging back and forth finally someone called me and we were able to get everything switched over to the new owners. When we got there to check in we wasnt able to get the door to unlock for 5 minutes after check in time which I had reached out to the owners and no response.
Also we was told the condo was on the beach however there was a long walk which is very inconvenient when you have beach things to carry plus your beach chairs etc.
There was nothing there with the house information such as WIFI info which we did not have access to the whole entire time. We had no parking passes and no beach access codes. We had to spend several minutes trying to get the code just to be able to go down to the beach. Also we wasnt able to get our access code to get on t

We had a great stay at this property overall. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our entire group. It’s also in a fantastic location, an easy walk to the beach, which made the trip even more enjoyable. That said, our experience with the management company was frustrating(Avari). Communication was lacking as they were unresponsive to the in app texts and I called several times, stayed on hold for over 10 minutes with no one answering. The biggest issue was that we weren’t provided with the gate code needed to access the neighborhood. We had to figure out a way in ourselves, which added unnecessary stress at the start of the trip. If the communication and responsiveness were improved, this would easily be a 5-star experience. As it stands, the property itself is excellent, but the management side needs attention.
