When you are ready to venture out, the condo is under a quarter mile away from the public beach access, shopping, and restaurants that make this area so special. Not to mention, you will have access to the shared pool on-site to take a quick dip and escape the summer heat.

Inside, this fantastic condo has easy access for everyone in the group to kick back and enjoy some downtime. Before cooking up dinner in the full kitchen (and eating together at the breakfast bar), stick the swimsuits in the private washer/dryer so they are ready to go for the beach. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas and a TV. For those who need to work remotely, a dedicated workstation with a desk, chair, and USB port access is provided. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and central AC.

Great location. Accurate details. Walking distance to beach. Only downfall is parking lot gets a lot of standing water.

We love to stay at the beach. This was a mix of good and challenges. Our stay started by someone being already parked in our assigned spot. We were able to find an unmarked spot in a gravel area. We did attempt to confront them and they refused to move. There is no thermostat upstairs so I can see how in the hotter months, it would get warm up there. There are no beach chairs or provided beach stuff. It is a .33 mile walk to the beach and there is no sidewalk or shoulder to the street. It is a public beach so expect crowds. We did have a delay in responses via the message in app. I did not try calling, so maybe that would be quicker.

Here are the best things about this place. The kitchen is well stocked— blender, toaster, pots and pans, crockpot, and more. The living room area is large and comfy. They did give us a starter pack- dish soap, dishwasher tablets (2), some laundry pods, paper towels. It was a close walk to beach and not far drive to other great restaurants!
