This well-appointed top-floor vacation rental getaway is located at Leeward Key. It is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. It features breathtaking views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping from the balcony and the living room. To access the Gulf-front balcony, you just take a stroll through the living room. Tile flooring is featured in the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a jetted tub.

Other unique features included in the rental unit are Corian countertops, a double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so cooking any meal is easy. The round solid wood table has seating for game playing or dining, and additional chairs are at the bar. For nighttime entertainment, turn on one of three TVs or pop a DVD in one of the three players. This condo also has the additional benefit of a stackable washer/dryer.

This was exactly what we were looking for for a girls' weekend! It was so easy to get the beach, less than 5 minutes, the host communicated quickly, each day with any questions we had, we also loved the complimentary beach chair service!

The place had a beautiful view. it was clean and neat place. The beds were firm and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes ride.The host team was responsive for any questions. Family enjoyed the stay, thoroughly. We would go there again!!

Note: The only part I would caution is that Google Maps could lead you to the property from Hwy 98 into “Emerald Shores Blvd” and you may encounter a gate and you will not have access code. Make sure you arrive at the property by the parallel“scenic gulf road”.

Great place right in front of the beach . Clean home great views of the ocean and pool next to the beach . You get 2 chairs and umbrella and private beach access.
