a code was needed to get to the 14th floor via elevator which was not provided. Called Avari but the attendant was unable to help. After 45 minutes of waiting, a maid finally gave us the code to get to the 14th floor which is considered a penthouse floor. Then we tried to wash clothes. The washer filled with water and wouldn't wash. it would not agitate or spin. I was able to get the washer to drain but then had soaked wet clothes. The dryer didn't work at all. I had to hang the clothes up on the balcony. They were still wet when we departed. Also the kitchen only had 2 glasses in the cupboard. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator....a must for hot climates. Ceiling fan did not work in bedroom. Kitchen light was difficult to turn on .

This was a very negative experience for my family. We spent a lot of money to stay here and it was not worth it. We were on the 14th floor. The host did not give us the code to access the 14th floor by using the elevator. We relied on other guests helping us. The closet door was broken and leaning half way into the closet. The fridge leaked and had standing water on the shelves. The dryer did not work so we went 6 days without being able to do laundry. They provided 4 towels for 3 people staying 6 days! We texted the host multiple times but did not get a single response about the issues at hand. I highly recommend not staying here.

Had trouble in the elevator because I didn’t know we were on penthouse 1. Someone had to tell me the code to allow the elevator to let us go to PH1. Overall it was great though! Beautiful view from the balcony & great beach access!

Great space - wasn’t aware the pool was on the 3rd floor until after booking, and the pedestrian beach access gate was hard to open (handle had a trick to Jimmy it open that a lot of people seemed to struggle with). Otherwise it was a seamless experience
