First, the good:
The place was very clean and nicely decorated, view was incredible. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels.

The major issue we had was with the water. The water to the whole building had been turned off for most of the day before we got there. It came back on shortly after, but the toilet tank in one of the bathrooms never filled, so had to be filled with water from the tub. The water in the kitchen sink was only a trickle the whole time. We notified the management company multiple times and they did respond, but the messages were generic AI responses & didn’t result in any action, just apologies for the inconvenience.

The elevators were maddening. No one told us that the 14th floor condo is on floor PH1, which requires an inexplicable combination of button pushes) to get to since it’s a restricted floor. It never really worked properly or consistently. We started calling it the hellevator ðŸ˜

A few other small things but I’m out of room!

A very beautiful and peaceful place. The condo was very clean, spacious, the deck was very relaxing, and the beach was gorgeous. However, we did not receive any communication on operating the elevator to get to the 14th floor. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower and I had a hard time getting hot water just to wash my face. Also, the hot tub near the pool was not hot and children played in it the whole time we were there. We did enjoy ourselves though and came home feeling rejuvenated. Thank you!
