Home in Perdido Key, Florida

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Perdido Key. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

The Southern Grind

From fluffy breakfast plates to killer cold brews and frappes, this is the kind of place that makes mornings worth waking up for—and yes, you can grab their beans to keep the good vibes brewing at home.

Bear Fruit Coffee Truck

Fresh açaí bowls, amazing coffee, and vibes as laid-back as Perdido Key itself. This little truck punches way above its weight.

Cobalt

With a breathtaking sunset over the bay as your backdrop, expect lavish brunch buffets, fresh local seafood, and sinfully good desserts that'll have you planning your next visit before the check arrives.

Fisherman's Corner

Where locals go to get hooked—irresistible Creole eats, fresh local seafood, and a bread pudding so good you'll be back before the tide rolls in.

The Oyster Bar

A Perdido Key staple right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Fresh seafood, steaks, and chicken your way—grilled, blackened, fried, and beyond—all with stunning water views and a warm gulf breeze.

Flora-Bama Yacht Club

Almost as legendary as the famous bar across the street. Jaw-dropping food, warm service, stunning waterfront views, and live music—because on the Gulf Coast, it doesn't get any better than this.

The Point

Fresh local seafood, a warm down-home atmosphere, and a bluegrass band that'll have your toes tapping. There's a reason this waterfront gem has been packing tables since the 1950s.

Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar

Hand-cut steaks, fresh local seafood, and a banana leaf wrapped fish so iconic it made the list of "top 100 dishes to eat before you die." This Orange Beach gem is anything but ordinary.

Adventure Island

Just minutes from Perdido Key, this ultimate family fun destination is packed with go-carts, laser tag, mini-golf, bumper boats, and over 100 video games. The only problem is deciding what to do first.

We had to contact management because the coffeemaker had no pot and the alternate was missing a cover and didn't work that well. A new pot was sent the next morning.

Fun and relaxing.

Condo to pool location. Condo to beach location. Condo was perfect size.

Couple extra toilet papers plus Kleenex needed. Ice maker noisy. People getting ice.

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you found our condo in Perdido Key to be the perfect size for your stay, James. The convenience of being close to both the pool and the beach really does make for a fun and relaxing vacation.

We appreciate your feedback about the extra toilet paper and Kleenex; we want to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We'll definitely look into the ice maker noise as well.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable getaway soon!

Quiet and Ocean Front

The condo was clean and stocked with toiletries.

Not enough toilet paper for 4 nights and 5 days and no idea how to get more

Avari response:

Thank you, Kim, for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that you found the condo clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the quiet and oceanfront setting.

We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the toilet paper situation. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how important it is to have everything you need during your stay. We’re committed to ensuring our guests have a hassle-free experience, and we’ll make sure our local team is aware of this oversight so we can improve for future guests.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again. There’s so much more to explore in Perdido Key, and we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway.
