Palacio has two Gulf-front pools and a hot tub, along with a fitness center that also overlooks the water. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Nearby restaurants include The Jellyfish, Crab Trap, and Flora-Bama Yacht Club. Across the Alabama line and into Orange Beach is a variety of attractions, including The Wharf, Hangout, and Gulf State Park.

Never had a management company as Airbnb host.
Prefer individual host to company.
Rental chairs on beach have a wacky system.
Can't rent the chairs with cushions that are available to both sets of condos on each side, can only rent from company with inferior chairs.

It was a nice stay! Roomy and great views. The massage chair is a huge plus! Before booking I would recommend making sure all appliances are working and operational as the washer was unable to be used while we were there. There’s a lot of kitchen essentials available, including a Keurig and a lot of pots and pans. The area is nice and quiet too!

This property was wonderful! Everything was so clean! The beds were so comfy! We come to perdido key a few times a year and we will definitely be back to this condo!
