Great location and friendly support. The only thing I would change is a couple of blankets on site, the bedding is thin. Other than that, absolutely perfect!

Had some minor problems. Code to get in didn’t work. Had to call to get new one. TV in bedroom didn’t work. They attempted to fix it though. Hole in dryer vent so hot air came out into laundry room/kitchen. Sliding glass door in bedroom leaked when it rained. And shower curtain fell down while showering. It was a very clean & nice place though

Booked, payed and drove all the way to the condo. We were given 2 codes that did not work, which then they stopped responding when we told them our issue. We waited 3 hours for a response. Eventually they sent us a message saying our trip is cancelled. Very unprofessional and scam like. I would spend the extra money and get something that you know is reliable.
