We love Sandy Key Condos. This condo was in building 1 which is on the quieter side of the condominiums, as the pools are by buildings 2 & 3. This condo is also on the “lots of stairs” walkway to the beach. Hard for people with bad knees, but we managed! Overall we loved the condo- it was comfortable. We probably would rather stay in building 2 or 3 so it would be more convenient to walk to the beach with the ramp walkway since we typically go with my in-laws who have bad knees. If it were just me and my husband we would definitely stay here again.

This condo is situated in a lovely, quiet family setting with quick access to grocers and a short walk to an eatery and other shops.The living room and kitchen areas are roomy, spotless, and decorated with a great beachy aesthetic. The blue wall colors are not as bright as pictured in photos, but more of subdued, calmer blue. Plenty of leather seating furniture. Cookware, utensils, and appliances all seemed brand new and worked perfectly.Just a very short walk out to the sand (unlike other condos up and down the coast) and very easy to rent umbrellas and chairs from Ike's (from 9 am to 5 pm). Wonderful attendant.Pools are adjacent to our building, but short and simple access via the beach entrance gate.The AC works fabulously, and the building elevators were always available during our stay (Thurs through Sun). Luggage carts available in the ground floor storage room. Also, plenty of parking. :-)2 gates to enter/exit the premises with vehicles. Felt very safe!Just 2 FYIs.The extra bedroom only has one lamp for lighting.There is an automatic dehumidifier that kicks on and off. It’s not a problem, but don't be surprised by the sound when it cycles. It doesn't mean AC is on the blink. :-)I did not want to leave.. We would rent this condo again!
