Located near the canal, this snowbird-friendly home offers everything you need for an unforgettable and tranquil vacation. This retreat is conveniently located three miles away from Perdido Key Beach and Big Lagoon State Park. If you brought your boat along, Galvez Landing is a half mile away. Enjoy a tranquil evening in your enclosed backyard featuring a gas grill, an extensive patio with several seating options, and a seating area with a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare mouth-watering homemade meals, while the private washer/dryer ensures you can stay comfortable during your extended stay. The living room and dining area are simply unique with hand-carved teak furniture. Spread out comfortably on the recliners in the living area and watch a favorite show on the TV with surround sound with subwoofers. There is an electric fireplace available for the winter months. Enjoy board games for additional fun, while a Pack 'N Play is provided for the little ones. A workspace is perfect for remote work and distance learning. This darling property also has central AC to keep you cool in the summer months and a Germ Guardian portable air purifier.

If you’re looking for true Florida charm, this place is for you. The home was built in 1957, and the owners have very unique and charming taste befitting to the homes age. Everything was exceptionally clean and cozy. Beds were on the firm side, which was perfect for me. We did have an initial problem with the front A/C but after an extensive search, we found a thrown circuit breaker. The staff person was very helpful and responded quickly. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Was very pretty. Loved that the sun was shining through almost every window. There was more than enough space for me and my friends.

The shower controls need replacing. Could not get hot water in the shower. The furnishings in the living room and dining room have the appearance of mismatched hand me downs or garage sale finds. A dishwasher would have been appreciated.
