You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony.

This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room.

It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay!

While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

The place was very easy to find. Looked just like the pictures. Great location near everything we wanted to do. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and a super easy walk to the beach. My only complaint was that only one elevator was not working so it took sometime to go up and down since you are on the 11th floor.

The grounds were accommodating and the staff was always around. It was very busy with one elevator but by the end of our trip they were working on the other one. The outdoor showers from the beach didn’t work at first but they quickly remedied the issue. The condo was clean and felt homey. Our kids loved the 11th floor and the Birds Eye view of the pool area and beach. We could have used more trash bags for the kitchen, just one or two more would have been great. The pool area was clean and nice. It rained one morning and we spent a couple hours just swimming indoors. Beach access was easy and clean. We all around enjoyed our stay. The elevator slowed us down and had some congestion but all the guest worked well together and we were all very patient. I would recommend Perdido Sun #300 Condos to friends and family. We will most likely return if we decided to stay in Perdido Key again. Thanks for the memories :)

Beautiful stay. Walked to restaurants, coffee, ice cream. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Just a great vacation.

The Perdido Sun is out favorite place to stay on the beach! We will add this place to our list of condos that are clean, comfy, and worth the price! (Especially the bed!) The furniture was nice and loved the windows on both sides. We will call it the Key Lime Slice of Heaven! Very responsive hosts!
