Overview

You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony.

This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room.

It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay!

While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for kids as we could walk across the street to restaurants, shops and candy and ice cream shops. The condo was absolutely perfect for our little family of 4. The kids loved the pullout sofa and slept like a rock every night after busy days on the beach and swimming. We loved the indoor heated pool and the private beach entrance. Will definitely book this place again!!!

The condo was AMAZING, there were codes for everything and I didn’t have the codes to get out to the beach until I asked for them, but they were able to get them within an hour or so.
