The location and the condo itself was nice other than a broken table that was falling apart on the patio. We paid a lot of money to stay on the beach with furniture that works. The management company did not do a very good job. They simply copy and paste their response responses with no intentionality.

Lovely condo, beautiful stretch of beach. The condo community was very nice.
Our dryer did not work and we tried for 3 DAYS to get a response and someone to fix it. As a family with three kids, on the beach daily, not having a dryer was a huge negative. It finally got fixed 18 hours before checkout. So stressful. We had to stay with the repairman and missed being able to do activities nearby due to this (museums closed at 4:30 - it was raining, trying to get indoor activities). I would stay at the same place but a different condo as the local management of the property were MIA.

Great place to stay - quiet. Lots nearby. Only challenge was parking lot gate code provided did not work so we were thankful someone was exiting and gave us their code. The code given to us at condo rental office was what worked after that.

This could easily have been a 5 star stay if Avari took more care and pride in their property. The setting is lovely and the water view is amazing. The area is not very built up and the beach was never crowded. The condo has a good layout with comfy beds and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, it’s clear that they are doing everything on the cheap. The place desperately needs to be deep cleaned and repainted, and the furniture and decor is worn and outdated. Thin, rough bath towels, 1-ply toilet paper, the tiniest “starter pack” of dish soap, etc...these are the little things that distinguish a 5 star property. The biggest problem was communication. When I had questions leading up to the trip, I got zero responses. We had to go to a different location to get the keys and were not given a gate code to enter the property. We tried 2 different phone numbers and Avari never answered. I was finally messaged the code and it was wrong. I hope they can step up their game.

The initial check in was a little confusing but both the host and the front desk worker at the property were super helpful and very responsive. The view from our room was breathtaking and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again!
