This condo is well located and provides a great view of the beach and the gulf. And, this condo needs to upgrade the kitchen, the cookware and the living room furniture. It brought back memories. Unfortunately it was memories of how my first apartment. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The balcony is good.I give this condo 4 stars because of the location and the balcony. However, it is in need of some upgrades which have been communicated to the property management company.

10/10 recommend this place! Gorgeous, clean and beautiful inside and out. Check-in instructions were very clear and it was easy to get in and out of condo.

Walking distance to some delicious pizza, Lillian’s! Short drive to Flora-bama, Pedro’s, Winn-Dixie and Publix and lots more! The beaches are clean and people are nice. We had a pair of sandals taken from a cubby on the shoe station at the sand, otherwise it was fantastic! The beach chair and umbrella rentals are roughly 60$/day, they have a small storage tote at the base on the beach with things you may use and return, shower stations to rinse off the sand and bbq spots.

Parking was easy to access and clear and easy to find out spot.

My wife loved the small box of essentials that were provided, sponge, laundry and dish pods. There are enough pots and pans to make your own meals.

The master bathroom is so nice, beautiful bathtub and shower combo with two sinks!

Would recommend and will definitely book another stay!
