Home in Perdido Key, Florida

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Perdido Key. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

The Southern Grind

From fluffy breakfast plates to killer cold brews and frappes, this is the kind of place that makes mornings worth waking up for—and yes, you can grab their beans to keep the good vibes brewing at home.

Bear Fruit Coffee Truck

Fresh açaí bowls, amazing coffee, and vibes as laid-back as Perdido Key itself. This little truck punches way above its weight.

Cobalt

With a breathtaking sunset over the bay as your backdrop, expect lavish brunch buffets, fresh local seafood, and sinfully good desserts that'll have you planning your next visit before the check arrives.

Fisherman's Corner

Where locals go to get hooked—irresistible Creole eats, fresh local seafood, and a bread pudding so good you'll be back before the tide rolls in.

The Oyster Bar

A Perdido Key staple right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Fresh seafood, steaks, and chicken your way—grilled, blackened, fried, and beyond—all with stunning water views and a warm gulf breeze.

Flora-Bama Yacht Club

Almost as legendary as the famous bar across the street. Jaw-dropping food, warm service, stunning waterfront views, and live music—because on the Gulf Coast, it doesn't get any better than this.

The Point

Fresh local seafood, a warm down-home atmosphere, and a bluegrass band that'll have your toes tapping. There's a reason this waterfront gem has been packing tables since the 1950s.

Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar

Hand-cut steaks, fresh local seafood, and a banana leaf wrapped fish so iconic it made the list of "top 100 dishes to eat before you die." This Orange Beach gem is anything but ordinary.

Adventure Island

Just minutes from Perdido Key, this ultimate family fun destination is packed with go-carts, laser tag, mini-golf, bumper boats, and over 100 video games. The only problem is deciding what to do first.

The building was rather old and I did not like all the instructions for check in and the fact that I had to pick up keys. I’m not sure I have stayed at a condo in the area that did not have keyless entry in the past 15 years, so upgrading the door knob to a keyless entry would be a plus! The view was great and the condo was clean when we arrived.

Avari response:

Thank you, Pamela, for sharing your thoughts with us. We truly appreciate your feedback about the check-in process and the key situation. We understand how important convenience is, especially when you're excited to start your vacation. While we strive to maintain the charm of our properties, we also recognize the need for modern amenities like keyless entry, and we’ll certainly take your suggestion to heart.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view and found the condo clean upon your arrival. Our local team works hard to ensure that every detail is just right for our guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, as we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experiences.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the decor added to the beach feel. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. The view from the patio was beautiful and relaxing. We would have loved to have extended our stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!
