Ideally located just north of Hwy. 30A, you’ll be minutes from the beach, Eastern Lake, and just a short walk to a craft and wine bar, cafe, live music, and local restaurants and shops. The condo itself features a balcony with a view overlooking the community pool, the perfect spot for sunrise coffee. Inside, the full kitchen makes meals a convenient and stress-free affair. Grab a bite at the dining table or breakfast bar before heading out to explore. Relax at home in the central AC while you stream the latest release on any of two TVs or use the high-speed WiFi to upload the day’s beach pics. The perfect beach vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book. THINGS TO KNOW Queen sleeper sofa available Guests must use their own credentials for streaming services. Elevators are not available in the building.

Good Neighbor Policy Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check‑out. You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Avari from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. SUPPLIES: Avari provides a complementary starter pack containing 2 trash bags in the kitchen trash can, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, and 1 sponge. For every bathroom, you will receive 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bar of body soap and one bar of hand soap. You will be responsible for any extra supplies needed during your stay. MAIL/DELIVERIES: Please do not have anything mailed to the home, as we do not have access to the mailbox. If you would like to receive mail during your stay: UPS can hold packages for five days at local centers, although special restrictions may apply during Christmas season. Amazon offers a locker service in certain locations. Any packages sent via USPS should be marked "General Delivery" with your name and address. Mail can be picked up at the local post office in Inlet Beach with proper identification. LSVs/BIKES: Herons Watch Way does have a charging station for e-cars and LSVs. LSVs and bikes must be clearly marked with: Delivery date, Unit number, Company name, and Contact phone number for the provider. LSVs and rental bikes may not be left indefinitely as part of a rental package and must be picked up no later than 24 hours after the current guest checks out.
