You'll be within driving distance of pristine, popular, sandy beaches such as Seaside Beach, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and the famed Seagrove Beach! And within walking distance of beach access (1/4 mile). Check out Deer Lake State Park with your family and bask in the sun as you enjoy a gorgeous picnic on the picnic tables. Or, head downtown to indulge yourself in some shopping and fine dining.

Within your comfy retreat, you'll be welcomed by the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, providing fun-filled evenings of cooking with friends! Also during your stay, enjoy access to multiple TVs, a private washer/dryer to clean your clothes in after a day out on the coast, and a fantastic balcony for you to sit out on and watch the sunset with your loved ones.

Be sure to visit the shared pool nearby for some swimming, and come back to your humble abode, kick up your feet, and tune into a movie marathon to end the evenings right.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and living area. Convenient location next to Yellowfin for bike rental and Old Florida Fish House. Bright and tasteful space. Appreciated the cute box of laundry and dish soap essentials, as well as extra blankets. Well stocked kitchen. Short bike ride to public access beaches. Not crowded. Quick bike ride to Seaside to avoid traffic. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice - hours were sunrise to sunset and apartments surrounded it. Host responded quickly when the gate code wasn’t provided prior to check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as advertised. Was perfect for a short stay. It was nice to be walking distance to Old Florida Fish House and a coffee shop.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is a long walk to the beach, about 30 minutes so just be aware. Some things could use tending to like clogged sinks, some areas could use a deep clean, new shower faucet etc… but over all it was nice to be close to the fish house it’s one of our favorite restaurants.

Very cozy and cute had a lot of kitchen tools for a week stay, washer work great, I really enjoyed my stay I booked with you guys 2 years ago and I also loved it and I will continue booking with you guys. I make sure to always recommend staying here you guys are on top of it.
