If you want to stay right on the beach, this is an excellent place to do it. Easy beach access, parking, and plenty of stuff to do around town either walking or a quick uber or bike ride.

I hate to dock a star because overall, this place would be nearly perfect with a few things addressed. I would say 4.5 stars.
Pros:
Location- walkable, private beach, quiet, far enough away from the crowds without being too far
Two toilet rooms
Full kitchen
Views
Easy parking and accessibility (no elevator though so keep that in mind.)
Fully stocked kitchen with extra supplies

Cons:
Bathroom had rust, build up on shower head, bleach stained curtain, sheet rock damage, surface damaged tub, and loose hardware for TP and towels
Dirty couch
General wear and tear like damaged flooring, cabinets need resurfaced, stained box springs, ceiling spots, etc.
Price was too high given the condos condition.
Uncomfortable mattress

Overall, I would stay here again knowing those things were addressed and price was adjusted.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was right on the water and the beach was easily accessible. The condo was clean and peaceful. The only feedback we have is that there is some required maintenance that needs to be had in the condo. There were water stains on the ceiling, rust spots in the bathtub, damaged flooring, one of the balcony doors was rusted closed and would not lock, and the towel holder kept coming off the wall. Overall, the condo was as described. The hosts were very attentive and responded to us quickly to our needs.

Overall, the location and condo were great and exactly what we needed. The condo could use a good update but didn’t bother us too much!
