Overview

A pet-friendly three-bedroom on the Gulf is a rare find and this one can’t be beat. Remodeled to include stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops, as well as wood floors, a Whirlpool bathtub, and walk-in shower. Catch sunsets and watch for dolphins from your spacious private balcony. Head outside for some friendly competition on the tennis or pickleball courts.

Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, or The Hub, 2.3 miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap.

Other things to note

READ BEFORE BOOKING: RESORT CONSTRUCTION AND PARKING UPDATE
Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

Clean, comfortable condo with a beautiful ocean view, as well as overlooking the pool. Had everything we needed—have stayed here before and would stay again!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Nice furniture and beds were comfortable. Deck was very nice with a great view of pool and gulf. Not directly gulf front but great side view.
Drawbacks were parking spot is not under the covered garage like many units in building A, and no garbage chute on floor or dumpster in garage.
Overall, a very nice condo and location!
