Though the loft's enormous sectional sofa might be your new favorite place to relax! Enjoy cooking up delicious meals together in the stylish galley-style kitchen, then enjoy your meal out on the deck or in the sizable common area. The private washer/dryer will take care of the day's sandy beach towels so that everyone can relax. Guests can enjoy direct beach access as well as access to a shared pool RESORT AMENITIES Pool Outdoor shower Charcoal grill and picnic area THINGS TO KNOW Keyless entry is available. RVs, boats, and trailers are prohibited. Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. No golf carts are allowed to park on the property. Commodore's Retreat is a total smoke-free property (from the parking lot to the beach as well as inside and outside condos).

House rules

For Beach and pool access a FOB bracelet will be needed. There will be 2 (TWO) bracelets found in the unit hanging next to the thermostat. Guests are responsible for these, if the bracelet is lost it will result in a $200 charge. Please return all bracelets to the hooks at the end of your stay.
