Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a lavish en suite bathroom with two sink stations, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. Additionally, you'll be just a short walk on a private path to the private beach for sunny and sandy adventures!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. It is beautifully furnished and practical for large groups. The location and amenities were unbeatable, with the beach access only a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Plenty of room for 3 couples and kids to spread out and have privacy. Beautifully decorated however some of the furniture and few things seemed to be broken. Nothing to stop us from having a wonderful experience. The condo was in a great location with lots of options to walk to get food or different shops. The beach was a little walk down a quiet little path. We loved our time here.

Great place. Very Spacious. The property is gated, be sure to ask for the gate code. Messaging with the host is mostly likely handled by an AI assistant but it worked.

The condo is in the middle of Alys Beach and Seaside. Great location, especially coming from Chicago… we came for the water. Easy, fun walk to the PRIVATE Beach!! 30A is known for the lack of public beaches. This private spot is why we booked and it’s well worth the price. We didn’t have to fight for a spot in the sand with the others visiting. The condos decor has a southern charm feel to it. Normal wear and tear you’d expect renting a unit. Overall great space with washer and dryer- did laundry every day!

Great stay. Beautiful home and location. Just transitioning ownership it seems so a bit of complication with the booking and gate access. Otherwise very communicative. Very clean and spacious!
