Overview

This quaint home enjoys a prime location on a quiet street, just a short bike ride to Seaside, and within a half-mile of the nearest public beach access (Ramsgate Beach Access). It's the perfect location away from the crowds, yet still close enough to enjoy all the incredible restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Some of the attractions you will find nearby include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Camp Helen State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Conservation Park.

This charming home offers a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the floor plan, offering inviting furniture and TVs so you don't have to fight over the remote. Right in the middle is the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances. French glass doors lead you to the enclosed backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The house is cute, clean and cozy. We appreciated the kitchen very much and the outdoor patio is useful coming back from the beach.

We didn't like the location of the property that is not so close to the beach and the general difficulty to access the closest beach that is private and needs a fob to enter.

Cute and clean.

Propane was empty.
Lots of construction on the street.
Patio was bare bones if you wanted to relax out there.
There was mention to leave wrist bands fir beach access- no one mentioned this and couldn't find any.
Contact information on Booking.com was incorrect...not affiliated with Vicassa.

We loved everything about the house. Very spacious and more roomy than what we expected, as vacation home photos usually make the property look bigger than it is. This was just the opposite. Way better than we anticipated.

The parking wasnt "great", but definitely not bad enough to complain about.
