Overview

This quaint home enjoys a prime location on a quiet street, just a short bike ride to Seaside, and within a half-mile of the nearest public beach access (Ramsgate Beach Access). It's the perfect location away from the crowds, yet still close enough to enjoy all the incredible restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Some of the attractions you will find nearby include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Camp Helen State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Conservation Park.

This charming home offers a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the floor plan, offering inviting furniture and TVs so you don't have to fight over the remote. Right in the middle is the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances. French glass doors lead you to the enclosed backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The house and location were amazing. The outdoor shower was not working however, which was disappointing and left us with only one to use.

Nice home for our small long weekend stay. Appreciated the “starter pack” of dish soap, laundry detergent & fresh kitchen sink sponge, paper towels/toilet paper. Good communication (responsive to emails & binder in home). We would stay again!
Note: Bring your own beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The nearest “public beach rental for chairs/umbrella ~ “Coastal Rentals” is either 1 mile north or south on the beach.

We’ve stayed here 3 times and it fits the bill each time! Great location and super quiet. We have noticed the house needing some YLC over the last year but we’d stay again for sure! We love our little blue house!
