Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts.

We've probably returned to Dunes 9 or 10 times, this is a great location on the beach. Beach access on 30A is frustrating, but this condo has private access and plenty of space. The condo itself was immaculate: recently updated with nice furnishings and it was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is newly updated with lovely leather living room furnishings. The TV’s are very easy to operate, with cable, very much appreciated! The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with utensils, towels, soaps, toilet paper, a little more than just starter stuff in some instances. The pictures of the view from the condo do not do it justice, it is much better. Also fun to watch the comings and goings to and from the beach! The beach chair service is a BIG plus, a huge selling point for us, as well as free bicycle service if so desired. We brought our own.
The only minus, is the sheets. They do not fit the bed and they are a struggle. Also, evenings were cool and an extra stocked blanket would have been greatly appreciated. Other, than that the condo is really great!!!
