This condo has complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up every day on the beach for your stay. Step out onto your private balcony each morning, whip up your favorite breakfasts on stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and enjoy wonderful proximity to restaurants, bike paths, and the countless beauties of Scenic Highway 30A. This beachfront property is centrally located in Seagrove Beach, with the shores of Eastern Lake just down the road. If you head a few blocks up to 30A, you'll have your choice of wonderful dining options, including the Old Florida Fish House, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty-A within a mile. The bustling heart of Seaside is three miles west, and darling Alys Beach is only five miles east.

Great location! Kind of hidden back on a dead end access on Seagrove Beach in Santa Rosa. So not a busy area. The Airbnb fit our family of six well with all of our stuff. The location was a three minute drive (15 minute walk) to some local shops, coffee, and restaurants. The best part was being right on the beach and the private beach access. The beach location never got too busy and you had two set up chairs and an umbrella for you each day. Great spot overall! Would definitely stay here again if we visit!

Location cannot be beat.

The condo itself could use a refresh. The furniture is old and worn (bedroom dresser peeling, dining chairs wobbly and concerning for breaking, bed linens and rugs thinned and worth replacing, living room couch stained.

The addition of the 2 chairs and umbrella with our stay was so convenient. Such a wonderful addition.

Thank you for repairing the balcony door handle so quickly. The door is also in need of more extensive repair. It remained very difficult to open even after management’s attention.
